How do I determine the right size for me?

We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring a well-fitting shirt you already own and comparing it to our dimensions to ensure the perfect fit.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Simply visit our Returns Portal to initiate the process.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of the country. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.

How should I care for my MyDesignation apparel?

To maintain the print and fabric quality, we recommend machine washing in cold water with similar colors, inside out. Avoid direct ironing on the printed areas and do not bleach.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship exclusively within the country. However, we are working on expanding our logistics to bring MyDesignation to our global community soon.
